Earthly Angels
Autism Fund Donate $5,000
to Wyoming Valley Children's Association
The Earthly Angels Autism Fund of The Luzerne Foundation recently awarded a $5,000 grant to Wyoming Valley Children's Association. The grant will offset the cost of providing Music Therapy for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. The Earthly Angels Autism Fund of the Luzerne Foundation, which was established by Ron and Brenda D'Eliseo in 2001 in honor of their son, Robert, is dedicated to increasing autism awareness; providing funding to qualified nonprofit organizations for autistic services, support programs and education; and bringing hope to those families who deal with the hardships of the disorder. Wyoming Valley Children's Association is a local nonprofit agency which provides therapy for young children who have developmental and neurological disabilities, including speech delays, and preschool education to all children.
